A performer with an impressive vocal register, over the course of three decades, Catherine Villeneuve has forged a voice evocative of the great Céline Dion.

On numerous occasions, Catherine has had the great pleasure of performing the famous duets The Prayer and Beauty and the Beast alongside internationally renowned musicians Gino Quilico and David Latulippe (Starmania, Paris 2022). In addition, for the last several years Catherine has also toured Quebec to present her Celine performance in support of local charities.

However, the unprecedented events of the last year have had a significant impact on Catherine’s life perspective and have served to reinforce her focus on her musical career.

With a passion for Céline’s voice and performing style, each of the Diva’s albums have been intimately linked to a specific period in Catherine’s life.

There is only one road I'm walkin

Only one life time, one heart to guide me

Only one road

Since her childhood, Catherine has been immersed in music and the arts. Coming from a highly lyrical family, Catherine is a fourth generation musician and spent her early years studying the lyrics and rhythms of popular artists such as Cindy Lauper, Charles Aznavour, Ginette Reno and Dion and many others.

Beginning her musical career at the age of eight with onstage performances, music is truly an intrinsic part of her being. As a teenager, Catherine pursued formal studies in classical singing at the Chicoutimi School of Music and is classified a coloratura soprano; however, her true love has always been pop music.

Since then, Catherine has focused on large scale shows and musicals combining powerful song and elaborate choreography. Catherine also integrates her love for fashion into her shows and has worn bespoke pieces created by some of Quebec’s most talented designers since the age of 12.

In Passion Celine, Catherine pays a vibrant tribute to her muse with brio and authenticity. A must see for lovers of Céline Dion!
